◎Before Making Reservations

• Reservations are completed via a reply sent within three days of your reservation email. If you do not receive a reply, we apologize for the inconvenience, but please contact us by telephone.
• The lodge operates on a basis of 3pm check-in and 10am check-out. Please inquire if you wish to change these times.
• We request that payment is made by cash on-site.
• Cancellation fees will be incurred from three days before the date of your planned stay. We appreciate your understanding.
  (3 days prior~1 day prior: 50% fee, Date of stay: 100% fee)
